The Five Major Strategies Implemented from 2014 to 2016:
New Heavy Liquid Strategy
Revitalize land assets and kick off the construction of the new district, aiming to complete the first-phase construction of the Fenghuang Plant by the end of 2015.
Innovation-driven strategy
We must plan and advance innovation with a broad perspective, strengthening innovation in concepts, thinking, models, technology, products, management, systems, and mechanisms to seize the commanding heights of development.
Primarily through product innovation, we will develop leading products that are in high demand in the market and offer high added value. We must be adept at imitation, assimilation, and re-innovation; we should know how to “attract talent” and “leverage collective intelligence.” We will engage in technological collaborations with universities, research institutes, and engineers both domestically and internationally, leveraging collaborative innovation to elevate our innovation capabilities. Through process innovation, we will effectively address existing process challenges, fully unlock the potential of our personnel and equipment, and enhance our competitiveness.
Talent-Driven Enterprise Strategy
Firmly implement the talent-strengthening enterprise strategy, and focus on building a diverse team of talents with distinctive company characteristics. Foster a learning-oriented enterprise by both introducing external talent and cultivating talent internally, “activating” existing employees, and attracting leading-edge technical and sales professionals.
Quality-Driven Strategy
We must firmly establish the concept that “quality is the life and dignity of an enterprise,” earnestly strengthen comprehensive quality management, strictly enforce all quality-management assessment criteria, ensure full coverage and no blind spots in quality-management assessments, and strive to continuously improve product quality and service levels. By doing so, we can make quality-management capabilities a key factor in winning customer satisfaction.
Focus Strategy (Specialization Strategy)
Achieve cost leadership or product differentiation in segmented target markets. Devote significant effort to military products and units within the group, focusing particularly on areas with high technical requirements and high added value.
2017–2020 Goal:
With technological leadership, scientific management, customer satisfaction, and employee pride, we have become a leading core enterprise for hydraulic components in China.
