Introduction to Chongqing Ruiou Machinery Co., Ltd.
Chongqing Ruiou Machinery Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSSC Chongqing Hydraulic Mechanical-Electronical Co., Ltd., and has one casting workshop and one machining workshop. It employs 5 engineering and technical personnel and 67 staff members. The company has obtained ISO2000 quality system certification.
The Foundry Branch is a specialized casting enterprise equipped with production capabilities for various types of ductile iron castings, gray iron castings, cast copper alloys, and cast aluminum alloys. The factory is equipped with two 1-ton medium-frequency induction furnaces, two 0.5-ton medium-frequency induction furnaces, two 180-kg resistance furnaces, two 150-kg medium-frequency furnaces, one lost-foam casting production line with an annual capacity of 3,000 tons of iron castings, one sand-casting production line for iron castings with an annual capacity of 1,000 tons, and a non-ferrous metal casting facility with an annual output of 80 tons (primarily using metal gravity casting and centrifugal casting processes).
Ji Jia Fen Chang is a specialized enterprise engaged in mechanical processing. The factory is equipped with 15 CNC lathes, 4 drilling machines, and 1 CNC milling machine.
Currently, the company primarily manufactures castings and machined components for yaw drives and pitch control gearbox housings of wind turbines ranging from 0.8 MW to 2 MW. In the non-ferrous casting sector, we mainly engage in the casting and machining of copper parts for various pumps, valves, and other products.
Introduction to Chongqing Ruihai Heat Treatment Co., Ltd.
Chongqing Ruihai Heat Treatment Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSSC Chongqing Hydraulic Mechanical-Electronical Co., Ltd. It has fixed assets exceeding 5 million yuan and primarily engages in the processing, production, and sales of heat treatment, surface treatment, painting, and other services for product parts. The company currently employs 54 people, including 3 senior engineers, 3 senior managers, 1 engineer, and 5 technicians.
The company currently has one heat treatment workshop, one electroplating workshop, one painting workshop, and one sandblasting workshop, with a total factory area exceeding 3,000 square meters. The company is equipped with numerous advanced pieces of equipment, including vacuum furnaces, deep-well furnaces, carriage-type resistance furnaces, silicon rectifier power supplies, titanium tanks, air compressors, and sandblasting machines. It is capable of performing various heat treatment processes such as quenching, tempering, high-, medium-, and ultra-high-frequency induction quenching, gas nitriding, carbon-nitrogen co-diffusion, and gas carburizing. These processes cover conventional heat treatments for a wide range of materials—including various carbon steels, alloy steels, cast steels, and cast irons—as well as protective-atmosphere (medium) quenching, non-oxidizing tempering, induction heat treatment of diverse parts, chrome plating and bluing, and painting and sandblasting operations.
