The company is a member of both the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems and the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Marine Machinery. It has undertaken numerous scientific research projects commissioned by national ministries and local governments, with several key technologies reaching an advanced level and filling gaps in this field domestically.
The company boasts a Chongqing-level Enterprise Technology Center and currently employs over 70 engineering and technical personnel, including more than 20 researchers, senior engineers, and leading experts in specialized technologies. Additionally, the company has nearly 10 externally hired expert consultants. The company possesses advanced technical capabilities in areas such as fluid simulation and computational analysis, dynamic analysis, finite element strength analysis, two- and three-dimensional design and assembly, and CNC machining simulation. Furthermore, the company maintains close collaborative relationships with research institutions including Tongji University, Southeast University, and Chongqing University, establishing strategic alliances for product R&D and thereby strengthening its core competitiveness.
The company possesses comprehensive technical expertise and supporting capabilities for the design and manufacture of various hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic control valves, hydraulic actuators, and more. It also has the capability to integrate hydraulic control systems and develop complete electromechanical-hydraulic equipment sets. The company is a key enterprise in China’s hydraulic industry.
The company’s production capacity allows it to annually produce 20,000 hydraulic pumps and motors (including 8,000 piston pumps/motors and 12,000 gear pumps), 10,000 hydraulic cylinders, 25,000 hydraulic valves, and 1,000 sets of hydraulic systems.
Main product design and manufacturing capabilities:
① Hydraulic cylinders: Cylinder bore ranging from 20 to 1200 mm, stroke up to 12,000 mm, nominal pressure from 16 to 31.5 MPa; single-stage piston cylinders can have diameters up to 1500 mm, multi-stage cylinders can achieve strokes of up to 22,000 mm, and ultra-high-pressure cylinders can operate at pressures up to 120 MPa.
② Hydraulic control valve: Maximum bore diameter 150 mm, nominal pressure 1.6–31.5 MPa.
③ Hydraulic pump: Maximum flow rate 500 L/min, nominal pressure 1.6–42 MPa.
④ Hydraulic control systems and electromechanical-hydraulic complete sets of equipment: Designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
