Development Goals for the Past Three Years:
2014–2016 Policy: Lay a solid foundation, adjust the structure, and build the brand.
Lay a solid foundation—build a strong base in technology, production, quality, marketing, cost, talent, and other areas.
Adjust the structure—
○ Adjust the organizational structure, streamline management processes, and reorganize departments according to business and production needs.
○ Adjust the product structure to move toward high-end, large-scale, and integrated development.
○ Adjust the market structure, vigorously expand into new markets, and focus on developing sectors such as military industry, energy (wind power, hydropower, coal-fired power, etc.), construction machinery, and specialized equipment.
○ Adjust the job and personnel structure, strictly control the total number of staff assigned to productive roles, adhere to the principle of “reducing departures but no new hires,” tilt reforms toward the production frontline, and recruit talent for the production frontline as well as for technical and marketing positions.
Build the brand—
○ Build the corporate brand (integrity and pragmatism) and product brands (producing high-quality military products and establishing strong brands for civilian products). Strengthen and refine our offerings in plunger pumps/motors, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic systems, and other related products.
Objective:
We have established a high-end hydraulic component R&D and production base integrating military and civilian sectors. We have developed mass-production capabilities for high-pressure plunger pumps/motors and advanced cylinder systems. In 2016, our total economic output doubled compared to 2013 levels. “Zhongyu” has become a renowned brand in Chongqing and enjoys high recognition nationwide as well as within the defense industry system. Both the enterprise and its employees have achieved synchronized development.
