Corporate Culture
Core Corporate Values:
Integrity, pragmatism, dedication, responsibility, unity, innovation, attention to detail, and efficiency.
Unity—unity is the foundation upon which synergy can be built. The key to unity lies in open communication of ideas, emotional exchange, and mutual assistance. At the same time, it is essential to forge shared values (mission, responsibility, and interests) so that the team becomes a community of shared responsibility and a community of shared interests.
Innovation—innovation enhances a company’s strategic competitiveness and is the magic key to coping with profound changes in our times. Only companies that continuously innovate have a bright future ahead.
Details—“Strategy determines the future; details determine success or failure.” We must pay close attention to details and ensure that they are deeply embedded in the thoughts and actions of all cadres. Every stage of technology and production must be strictly carried out in accordance with established work procedures and standards. We must earnestly launch “detail-oriented initiatives,” foster a culture of attention to detail, and eliminate the mindset and behaviors of “close enough” and “it doesn’t matter.” Only then can we ensure that military products become high-quality masterpieces and civilian products build strong brands.
Efficiency—In a market economy, it’s not necessarily the case that big fish eat small fish, but it is certainly true that fast fish eat slow fish. To prevent situations where decisions are made without being implemented or implemented without being carried out, enterprises must operate efficiently based on standardized management procedures. They must respond swiftly to market changes, maintain a brisk work pace, and emphasize high efficiency. To achieve this, we must: “Handle today’s tasks today; tackle manageable tasks immediately; find ways to overcome difficult tasks; systematically address complex tasks; meet deadlines promptly; assist with tasks beyond our immediate responsibilities; finish personal tasks after work hours; prioritize important tasks; carve out time for trivial matters; and approach all tasks with utmost seriousness.” When reporting on work, focus on results; when seeking guidance, present clear solutions.
