Implement the “Four Noes and Two Directs” approach to strictly control safety management.

On September 23, the company organized a video conference hosted by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) on the “Four Noes and Two Straights” safety inspection. Following the meeting, Liu Bing, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the company, put forward requirements for safety work during the National Day holiday and laid out plans for implementing the “Four Noes and Two Straights” approach.

Following the meeting, Liu Bing, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, put forward requirements for safety work during the National Day holiday and made arrangements for implementing the “Four Noes and Two Straights” approach.

At 9:30 p.m. that day, General Manager Liu Bing led the heads of various safety certification teams and relevant personnel from the Safety & Technology Department on a nighttime inspection of all plant areas. The inspection focused particularly on the evening shift at the Automotive Parts Division. Afterwards, they headed to the Sanjiao Industrial Park to conduct a safety check on Rui'ou Company.
General Manager Liu Bing emphasized that any issues identified during this inspection should be promptly communicated and discussed with the leaders of the units being inspected. Each unit under inspection should take proactive measures to address all potential hazards and report the results of these corrective actions to the Safety and Technology Department for record-keeping, thereby ensuring safe production throughout the company’s “National Day” holiday period.

On November 29, Li Jie, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, personally led a team—including responsible persons from the Safety Technology Department, the Production Support Department, the Security Office, and heads of various specialized groups under the Safety Certification—on comprehensive inspections of the safety production conditions at each unit and at Rui'ou Company.

The special inspection and rectification team for confidentiality from the Chongqing company visited the company to provide guidance and inspection.

On December 2, a four-member inspection and supervision team from the Chongqing company’s special rectification effort for confidentiality conducted a targeted inspection of the company’s confidentiality work.
