The company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Institute 704.

On the morning of January 18, Gao Xiaomin, Director of Institute No. 704 of the Group Corporation and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, along with Gui Wenbin, Deputy Director of the Institute, visited the company for an exchange and research visit and signed a strategic cooperation agreement. They were accompanied by Li Jie, Chairman of the Board and Secretary of the Party Committee of the company; Liu Bing, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; and Tao Jiahui and Ran Yimin, Deputy General Managers. Luo Xiaochun, Member of the Standing Committee of the Yongchuan District Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Yongchuan High-tech Zone, as well as Zhang Yanying, Deputy Director of the Fenghuanghu Management Committee of the Yongchuan High-tech Industrial Park, attended the signing ceremony. Chairman Li Jie accompanied Director Gao Xiaomin and his delegation on a tour of the production site and exhibition hall, where he provided an overview of the company’s recent business and production performance as well as its industrial development.

They were accompanied by Li Jie, Chairman of the Board and Secretary of the Party Committee of the company; Liu Bing, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; and Tao Jiahui and Ran Yimin, Deputy General Managers. 　　Chairman Li Jie accompanied Director Gao Xiaomin and her delegation on a tour of the production site and showroom, during which he provided an overview of the company’s recent business and production performance as well as its industrial development. In his speech, Chairman Li Jie emphasized that signing the strategic cooperation agreement with Institute 704 is of great significance. He also expressed heartfelt gratitude for the long-term support and assistance provided by the Yongchuan District Party Committee and District Government to the company’s development. With the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement, both parties will further deepen their collaboration, particularly in the mid-to-high-end hydraulic industry, achieving mutual benefits and win-win outcomes. This partnership will play a vital role in ensuring the company’s sustained and healthy development and will make new contributions to national defense construction and the economic development of Yongchuan.
 
　　In her speech, Director Gao Xiaomin stated that this visit to Chongqing Hydraulic for exchange and research was conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Party Group of the Group Corporation—to strengthen collaboration between factories and research institutes, strive toward “integrated manufacturing and integrated distribution,” systematically plan for future development, and effectively enhance deepened cooperation with member units within the Group. The signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with Chongqing Hydraulic is a concrete implementation of the Party Group’s arrangements and deployments, enabling both sides to leverage their respective strengths and scale up and strengthen the high-end hydraulic industry. Gao Xiaomin noted that this research trip has revealed even greater potential for future cooperation between the two parties. She expressed hope that relevant personnel from both sides would intensify communication and exchanges, further expand areas of collaboration, and achieve win-win outcomes through joint efforts.
 
　　Lu Xiaochun, a member of the Standing Committee of the Yongchuan District Party Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Yongchuan High-tech Zone, first extended congratulations on the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement between the two sides and introduced to the guests from Institute 704 relevant information about Yongchuan District. In his speech, Lu Xiaochun emphasized that he hoped this signing would serve as an opportunity to expedite the implementation of related projects, fully leverage the strengths of both parties, and strive for early production and tangible results. He expressed the hope that the two sides could engage in even more innovative collaborations and warmly welcomed Institute 704 to bring more of its innovative achievements to Yongchuan. He urged both sides to set higher standards for themselves, work hard to build strong brands, develop products with robust core competitiveness, and actively explore new markets. He looked forward to innovative development from all parties, deepened military-civilian integration, and saw more projects taking root and flourishing in Yongchuan, thus making new contributions to the district’s economic development.

Prevent problems before they become serious—Chairman Li Jie leads a team to carry out safety inspections.

On November 29, Li Jie, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, personally led a team—including responsible persons from the Safety Technology Department, the Production Support Department, the Security Office, and heads of various specialized groups under the Safety Certification—on comprehensive inspections of the safety production conditions at each unit and at Rui'ou Company.

On December 2, a four-member inspection and supervision team from the Chongqing company’s special rectification effort for confidentiality conducted a targeted inspection of the company’s confidentiality work.
