The company held its 2018 Annual Economic Work Conference.

On February 10, the company held its 2018 Annual Economic Work Conference. Attending the meeting were members of the company’s leadership team, mid-level and higher-ranking cadres, assistant managers at the middle level, and outstanding representatives from 2017. The meeting was chaired by Liu Bing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company. At the meeting, Lu Bin, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, read out the “Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Individuals in the 2017 Labor Competition Activities” and presented awards to the advanced collectives, advanced work teams, and advanced individuals honored in the 2017 labor competition. Meanwhile, Ran Yimin, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, read out the “Decision on Giving Public Recognition and Commendation to Ten Comrades Including Kong Lingyong.”

The conference was chaired by Liu Bing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company.
 
  At the meeting, Lu Bin, a member of the company’s Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, read out the “Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Individuals in the 2017 Labor Competition,” and presented awards to the advanced collectives, advanced work teams, and advanced individuals who had distinguished themselves in the 2017 Labor Competition.
 
  Ran Yimin, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, read out the “Decision on Giving Public Recognition and Commendation to Ten Comrades, Including Kong Lingyong,” and presented awards to the outstanding middle-level managers who had been evaluated in the 2017 mid-level management assessment.
 
  Li Jie, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, delivered a report at the Economic Work Conference, giving an important speech titled “Fully Implement the Spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC, Stay Motivated and Strive Forward, Seize Opportunities for Breakthroughs, and Jointly Promote the Company’s Sustained and Healthy Development.” In his speech, he provided a comprehensive review of the company’s work in 2017, analyzed the current situation and opportunities facing the company, and made detailed arrangements for all aspects of the company’s work in 2018. He also clarified the company’s key economic indicators and issued directives regarding annual operating revenue and economic value-added, among other areas.
 
  Zhou Bin, a member of the Party Committee and head of the discipline inspection team stationed at the Chongqing company, conveyed and implemented the spirit of the Group’s 2018 Work Conference on Party Conduct and Integrity Building. He made arrangements and deployments for Party conduct and integrity building during the Spring Festival period, strengthening ideological and belief education among Party members and leading cadres, enhancing their awareness of discipline, and strictly enforcing the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulations. He also organized special inspections to identify and address issues related to the “Four Winds,” conducting targeted spot checks. Furthermore, he urged all cadres and employees to refrain from drunk driving and accepting improper gifts or favors during the holiday period; any violations discovered would be rigorously investigated and severely punished. He cautioned everyone to stay clear of “high-voltage lines” and strive to become qualified Party members.
 
  At the meeting, Chairman Li Jie signed economic target responsibility letters and letters of responsibility for building Party integrity and clean governance with several units.
 
  Liu Bing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, put forward the following requirements for implementing the spirit of the meeting: First, we must study diligently, refine our goals, clarify responsibilities, and develop detailed and feasible measures to ensure that all tasks are completed comprehensively. Second, cadres should take the lead in shifting their mindset and adopt a “whole-plant, unified strategy” approach. Leaders at all levels are required to not only actively carry out various tasks but also strengthen communication among departments, proactively address issues, and boldly leverage their own strengths to enhance innovation and pursue progress with vigor. Third, we must go all out to accomplish all tasks for 2018 and fully achieve high-quality development. We should thoughtfully examine every aspect of production and organizational work, identify bottlenecks, optimize production processes, meet delivery deadlines, and improve contract fulfillment rates. Fourth, we must earnestly implement all decisions and deployments made by the Central Government and the Group Company, aligning our thinking and actions with the outcomes of this Economic Work Conference. We should channel our enthusiasm and capabilities into all aspects of operations and production, making due contributions to the full realization of the 2018 annual targets.

Prevent problems before they become serious—Chairman Li Jie leads a team to carry out safety inspections.

On November 29, Li Jie, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, personally led a team—including responsible persons from the Safety Technology Department, the Production Support Department, the Security Office, and heads of various specialized groups under the Safety Certification—on comprehensive inspections of the safety production conditions at each unit and at Rui'ou Company.

The special inspection and rectification team for confidentiality from the Chongqing company visited the company to provide guidance and inspection.

On December 2, a four-member inspection and supervision team from the Chongqing company’s special rectification effort for confidentiality conducted a targeted inspection of the company’s confidentiality work. Members of the Confidentiality Committee—including company leaders Li Jie, Liu Bing, Lu Bin, and Ran Yimin—as well as personnel from the Confidentiality Office and relevant departments, attended the briefing session on the special inspection of confidentiality work.
