The Party building work research and inspection team from the Chongqing company visited the company for a study.

On January 12, the Party building work research and inspection team from the Chongqing company visited the company to conduct a survey and inspection of its Party building efforts. Members of the company’s Party Committee leadership team, secretaries of several Party branches, and staff from the Party and Mass Work Department attended the meeting. At the meeting, Wu Xiaochuan, head of the research and inspection team, first conveyed the relevant requirements and deployment arrangements from the higher-level Party committee and introduced to the participants the purpose and significance of this survey and inspection. Subsequently, Li Jie, Secretary of the company’s Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, on behalf of the company’s Party Committee, elaborated primarily on how the Party Committee has been studying, conveying, and implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC, putting into practice the spirit of the National Conference on Party Building in State-Owned Enterprises, fulfilling the Party building responsibility system, and promoting the “Two Studies, One Action” learning initiative.

　　On January 12, the Party building work research and inspection team from the Chongqing company visited the company to conduct a survey and inspection of the implementation of Party building work. Members of the company’s Party Committee leadership team, secretaries of some Party branches, and staff from the Party and Mass Work Department attended the meeting.
 
　　At the meeting, Wu Xiaochuan, head of the research and inspection team, first conveyed the relevant requirements and arrangements made by the higher-level Party committee, and briefed the participants on the purpose and significance of this research and inspection.
 
　　Subsequently, Li Jie, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the company, reported on the company’s Party-building work on behalf of the Party Committee. His report primarily covered the Party Committee’s efforts to study, convey, and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC; to put into practice the guiding principles of the National Conference on Party Building in State-Owned Enterprises; to fulfill the responsibility system for Party building; to promote the regular and institutionalized implementation of the “Two Studies and One Action” learning and education campaign; and to strengthen grassroots Party-building work. He also presented the achievements made by the company’s Party Committee in its grassroots Party-building efforts, highlighted the prominent issues that remain, and outlined ideas and measures for further strengthening and improving this work.
 
　　During this period, the research and inspection team also held a symposium and exchanged views with personnel involved in the company’s Party building work. They reviewed the company’s Party committee’s institutional development, Party building documentation, and the implementation of Party branch activities. On-site, they inspected the conduct of Party branch activities and the construction of activity venues for Party members.

On December 2, a four-member inspection and supervision team from the Chongqing company’s special rectification effort for confidentiality conducted a targeted inspection of the company’s confidentiality work. Members of the Confidentiality Committee—including company leaders Li Jie, Liu Bing, Lu Bin, and Ran Yimin—as well as personnel from the Confidentiality Office and relevant departments, attended the briefing session on the special inspection of confidentiality work.
