Leadership Team Configuration of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation Ltd.
With the approval of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Corporation have undergone a restructuring to establish China Shipbuilding Group Corporation. Recently, responsible officials from the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee announced at the enterprise cadre conference the CPC Central Committee’s decision on the staffing of the leadership team of China Shipbuilding Group Corporation: Comrade Lei Fanpei has been appointed as Chairman and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group; Comrade Yang Jincheng has been appointed as Director, General Manager, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group; Comrade Wu Yongjie has been appointed as Director and Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group (retaining the treatment of a principal-level official in centrally-administered enterprises); Comrades Feng Yongqiang, Qian Jianping, Sun Wei, Jiang Renfeng, and Du Gang have been appointed as Deputy General Managers and members of the Party Leadership Group; Comrade Li Jiaying has been appointed as Head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team and member of the Party Leadership Group; Comrade Wu Xiaoguang has been appointed as Deputy General Manager and member of the Party Leadership Group; and Comrade Jia Haiying has been appointed as Chief Accountant and member of the Party Leadership Group. The original positions held by the above-mentioned personnel will be naturally vacated. The appointment and removal of the above-mentioned personnel will be carried out in accordance with relevant laws and articles of association.

On the afternoon of February 19, the company held its third Spring Garden Fair at the basketball court, bringing together all employees to joyfully celebrate the Lantern Festival! This garden fair was designed with the goals of entertainment, fun, mass participation, and enhanced communication. The union prepared two group activities—tug-of-war and leg-bonding races—and each sub-union organized nine exciting and entertaining games, offering plenty of prizes and gifts! Everyone who participated left the event fully satisfied and delighted. At the end of the garden fair, the company’s union also awarded 20 special grand prizes, each worth hundreds of yuan!
