  The HLA4FO500 series high-end hydraulic pumps are a flagship product of Hengli Hydraulics and have received rave reviews in the market.
 
  The cylinder block of the HLA4FO500 series high-end hydraulic pump is manufactured using a state-of-the-art bimetallic sintering process, achieving a perfect combination of high structural strength and excellent wear resistance in the cylinder block matrix. The key porting friction pair features a spherical porting design, enhancing the cylinder block’s self-aligning capability and ensuring high volumetric efficiency. A nine-slit inclined-cylinder-port design is employed to provide self-priming performance and reduce flow pulsation. The main structure adopts a through-shaft support with a well-balanced dynamic configuration, enabling a high rated rotational speed.
 
  Currently, the HLA4FO500 series hydraulic pumps have been successfully applied to China’s largest 19,500-ton forging press manufactured by Jiangsu Guoguang, continuously driving the development of China’s heavy industry. As the only domestic manufacturer currently capable of producing the HLA4VSO500 piston pump with consistent high performance, Hengli Hydraulics has, based on the HLA4FO500 fixed-displacement piston pump, successively developed variable-displacement piston pumps such as the HLA4VSO500DR, HLA4VSG500HD1, and HLA4VSO500DFE1, as well as the HLA4SM500DZ variable displacement motor.
