Revised and Issued Implementation Details for Carrying Out the Spirit of the Central Government’s Eight-Point Regulation

To further implement the spirit of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation, and in accordance with relevant documents issued by the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, the Party Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the Party Leadership Group of the Group Corporation, and taking into account the company’s actual situation, the company recently issued the revised “Detailed Implementation Rules for Implementing the Spirit of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulation.”
The revised "Detailed Rules" set forth clear regulations and requirements in eight key areas: improving methods for investigation and research, streamlining meetings and events, reducing the volume of documents and briefings, standardizing management of temporary overseas (or border-crossing) official trips, regulating and enhancing news and publicity efforts, practicing thrift and austerity immediately, and genuinely improving work styles.
The "Detailed Rules" stipulate that all units should strengthen supervision and inspection, earnestly ensure thorough implementation, and treat the execution of various regulations as an important component of democratic life meetings (organizational life meetings) and cadre performance and integrity reports. They should conduct item-by-item checks and continuously enhance their enforcement capabilities.
